All members are encouraged to attend to have equitable engagement in the promotion, engagement, and maintenance of our community. Meetings help provide owners an opportunity to engage, interact and formulate strategies to promote a safe, healthy and enjoyable community. The Annual Meeting held in July includes elections. An electronic notice along with online posting of the meeting agenda will be sent and posted. Active members may exercise their voting rights while members with balances past due 30/days automatically have voting rights suspended and will be able to cast votes during the general or annual meeting. It is for this reason that we ask all members to maintain current on their assessment and help continue to shape our wonderful community
BOARD MEETINGS
The Executive Board Meetings are held monthly to conduct the general business of the Association to include any due process regarding violation of rules and regulations. The purpose of the Crosslink Trace HOA Board is to maintain, protect and enhance the value of our community. Board members work hard to place communty interest above personal interests, operate as a team rather than as individuals, and to be proactive in everything that they do.

Board members are volunteer who do not receive compensation for their work. Each member is elected by the community at large during the Annual Meeting in July

COMMUNITY WATCH
Every resident participating in an active community is the partner for in the fight against crime. Sending a clear message that criminal activity and nuisance activities are not welcomed in the community is the first step. More importantly we want to get to know each other as neighbors and be aware of what is happening in our neighborhood. Suspicious activity may be reported to RPD. We wan to revitslize our Community Watch Program in our community and we are in need a Chairperson and Block Captains.

Here are some tips to keep your home safe.
-
Keep all doors and windows closed and securely fastened. An open window or door is an open invitation for burglars. Thieves are also quick to spot weak locks that may be easily forced open.
-
Doors should have deadbolt locks with a one inch throw and reinforced strike plate with three inch screws. All windows should have window locks.
-
Secure sliding glass doors. Place a metal rod or piece of plywood in the track and install vertical bolts. These will help prevent burglars from forcing the door open or lifting it off the track.
-
Always lock the door to an attached garage. Don't rely on your automatic garage door opener for security.
-
Create the illusion that you are home. by using timers on lights, radios and TV's. Making your residence appear occupied, even when no one is home, will deter criminals.
-
Keep the perimeter of your home well lighted. Installing low voltage outdoor lighting is a cost-effective way to discourage intruders, as well as highlight a house.
-
Never leave clues that you are away on a trip. Have a trusted neighbor collect mail and newspapers while you are away so delivered items do not accumulate. You can also ask a neighbor to park in your driveway or parking place to make it appear that you are present.
-
Keep some shades and blinds up and curtains open to maintain a normal, everyday appearance in your residence.
-
Never leave a message on your telephone answering machine telling people that you are away from home. A message that you will return at a certain time leaves your home vulnerable in the interim.
-
Keep shrubbery trimmed away from entrances and walkways. While large, ornate hedges may be beautiful, they also provide a hiding place for burglars who need only a minute to break in through a window or door.
