GET INVOVLED
"Building partnerships to create a sense of community and foster the great sense of neighborly pride."
GET CONNECTED
One way residents can help ensure that the homeowners associations (HOAs) is setting reasonable rules is to get involved themselves by joining the association board or committee. The HOA board and committees are made up of homeowners just like you. Even if you have no interest in joining a board or committee you should stay involved and engaged in a positive manner.
The best way to know what is going on within the community is to attend regular meetings. As with any community and partnership the best way to ensure that your voice is heard is to be active within the community.

Joining the Cross Link Trave HOA board will allow you to have first hand experience in developing standards for the community as it relates to rules and maintenance, which can affect the value of your property. The HOA Board has a direct hand in maintaining property values as well as your community's standard of living.
